Returns
Faulty Products & Change of Mind
We accept returns for faulty products only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are not able to accept returns for consumables, hygiene-based or personal care items. We also cannot provide returns on gift cards and codes. Digital downloads and personalised readings are non-refundable, even if they have been purchased as a gift for another person.
I've received a faulty or damaged item, do I need to return it?
Contact us and our team will discuss next steps with you. If your product is faulty, we would appreciate if you could also let us know the product's batch and/or expiry date. For a damaged product - please attach a photo and email it to us at info@freedominwellness.com.au. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
I've had a bad reaction. Can I return the product?
If you are concerned that you may be experiencing a reaction to one of the products that you have purchased from us, we strongly recommend that you discontinue using it. We cannot accept returns of products you have personal sensitivities to. Please check your product labels carefully for ingredients you may be sensitive to.
Shipping, Delivery & Tracking Your Order
Order Dispatch Times
We send orders out Monday - Friday, but are closed on all New South Wales public holidays. As soon as your order has been packed, we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with Australia Post. Our typical delivery times are as follows (subject to disruptions with third party providers):
Standard Post: 2-8 Business Days within Australia
Express Post: 1-4 Business Days within Australia
International 5-10 Business Days
For reading videos, these typically take between 3-10 business days, and will be delivered to you as a link via email. Please check your individual reading type before purchasing to confirm when you can expect your personalised reading to be ready.
Order Tracking with Australia Post
To track your order, simply enter your order tracking number on the Australia Post Tracking Tool or AusPost tracking app. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been carefully packed and is ready for pickup by our trusted courier.
If you haven’t already, consider signing up for an Australia Post account or downloading the AusPost app. Both are free and offer a range of convenient features, including:
Order tracking to keep you updated on your delivery status
Estimated delivery dates to help you plan accordingly
The option to have eligible parcels left in a safe location if you’re not home
The ability to redirect a parcel to a Post Office, Parcel Locker, PO Box, or a new street address
